General Conditions :

- The renting starts on saturday 4:00 PM and finishes on saturday 10:00 AM
- Household linens (sheets, towels) and housekeeping are not included. They can be provided by local separate suppliers
- The reservation will be confirmed as soon as you have sent back the contract with the account (25% of the price)
- A damage/breakage security deposit of 300 euros is required
- The breakage deposit and the balance (75% of the price) will be paid when you arrive
- The house is clean upon arrival and must be left clean at the departure
